These terms govern your use of the GDA Infrastructure website, mobile apps and services. By using them you agree to these terms.

The website and apps are operated by GDA Infrastructure, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400051 (“GDA Infrastructure”, “we”, “us”).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your login details and one-time passwords confidential.
We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently, provides false documents or breaches these terms.
Catalogue prices are indicative. A purchase is based only on an approved quotation that shows the price, taxes, freight, unloading, validity and payment terms.
Quotations expire on their validity date. Any change in price or terms requires a new approved quotation.
An order is created when you accept an approved quotation. Payments must be made only through official payment links or to the company bank account shown in your account.
Payment is confirmed only after reconciliation with the payment gateway or bank; screenshots are not accepted as proof of payment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on supplier availability, transport and site access. Proof of delivery is recorded for each shipment, and shortages or damage must be noted at the time of unloading.
The platform buyer eligibility certificate is a credential issued by the platform after document review. It is separate from any government licence, statutory permit or manufacturer authorisation. Prices, supply and dispatch are confirmed in each approved quotation.
The amount collected for the certificate is a refundable security deposit. The buyer may surrender the certificate at any time and the full deposit is refunded with no deduction or forfeiture. If an application is not approved, the full deposit is refunded.
Brand names shown belong to their respective owners. GDA Infrastructure does not claim to be a manufacturer, dealer or authorised representative of any brand unless expressly stated.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as strikes, transport disruption, weather or supplier shortages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
