Cancelling an order

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the terms of your approved quotation. Once material is dispatched, cancellation is possible only by agreement, and freight or handling costs already incurred may apply.

Shortages, damage and rejected material

Note any shortage or damage on the delivery documents at the time of unloading and report it from your order page. Claims are assessed against the proof-of-delivery record.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or to your verified bank account, and a credit note is issued where applicable. We never ask you to share card details or OTPs to process a refund.

Buyer eligibility deposit

The eligibility security deposit is collected only after preliminary review and is fully refundable. Surrender your certificate from your account at any time and 100% of the deposit is refunded to your original payment method or verified bank account, with no deduction. If an application is not approved, the full deposit is refunded automatically.
